ONLINE INTEGRATED BUSINESS PERMITS SYSTEM

A powerful Business Permit system composed of “Interdependent” Systems for automation and fast processing of applications for New, Renewal, and Retirement of Business. It is a “One-Time” simultaneous application to the different “Departments and Agency” concerned with Business Permits Application: Business Permits & Licensing Office (BPLO), City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), City Treasurer’s Office (CTO), and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

1. On-Line “Unified Application Interface” for Business Permit, Zoning & Fire System!

TITAN provides Taxpayers to file a single “Unified Application” simultaneously to the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) at the same time with the same documents reducing the processing time of permits.

2. Digital Documents Sharing in DMS

TITAN Document Management System (DMS) is integrated into the Business Permits process for search and retrieval, indexing, importing and viewing of Business Documents.  The easy access MS Office toolbar allows Users to send files directly from Word, Excel and Outlook directly into the DMS. With the Virtual Printer, send PDF files into the DMS from the System using the print button. This provides seamless document sharing among Departments.

FILE Sharing & Collaboration

Share files across your organization with peace of mind using TITAN’s DMS, Store and manage any file type with the built-in viewing capabilities for different file formats. Add annotations, mark-ups, and notes to files. Multiple users can view files at the same time, along with version control for editing and revisions.

TITAN has an “ALERT” Notification function that calls the attention of the users on:

  • Missing Data
  • Missing Document

This is useful in order to complete the Applicant’s Business Records.

4. Simultaneous Processing and Tracking of Business Permit Application

TITAN Permitting System is a powerful application system for the automation of the Administration of Business Permit in the City. It was designed for simultaneous fast processing and tracking of Business Permit & other consequent permits’ application, validation, inspection, assessment, collection, and release of required Permits to the Applicants.

5. “Table Grid Algorithm” for 100% Accuracy of Tax Assessment

The Assessment Module allows the Users to automatically compute the fees of an Application and generate an Order of Payment and can be sent automatically to the Taxpayer’s Email Address. An SMS notification may also be sent as a reminder to the Taxpayer. Payment may be sent by Bank Transfers or through Taxpayer’s accredited “On-line Banking” facility through our On-line or Mobile KonekPAY.

It provides an automated assessment of fees set by the Agency and automatically generates the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) for releasing, after payment of required fees and compliance of safety requirements set by the BFP. It has a Table Grid Algorithm with 100% Accuracy.

6. Monitors Compliance to the Environmental Requirements

TITAN TPS monitors Companies for Compliance with Environmental requirements for Solid Waste, Toxic Waste, and Water Pollution as mandated by the Local or National Government Agencies. Results of Laboratory Analysis (ROLA) are archived in the Company’s Record for historical reference.

7. Queuing System for “One-Stop-Shop” Set-Up

TITAN can be used in both “On-line” & “On-Premise” modes. On the “On-Premise” mode, TITAN provides the “AuroraQ” Queuing System software that shows the Taxpayer Number and Status that is being served or to be served, for an orderly “One-Stop-Shop” configuration at the City/Municipal Hall. The system reduces the queue times, serves more taxpayers, and helps in the efficiency of the LGU Staff.

It generates automatic “Built-in Reports” based on the data encoded and transmits this instantaneously to the Business Permits and Licensing Office.

eHealth and Sanitation Mobile Inspection

eHealth and Sanitation Mobile Inspection is used by the Business Permit Licensing Office (BPLO) for the annual Sanitary Inspection of the business for compliance with the requirements for a Sanitary Permit. It aids in the inspection process of the sanitation and health inspectors if the employees of the establishments have acquired health certificates and if the business is implementing sanitation practices that are relevant to its type of business.

eZone Mobile Inspection

eZone mobile Inspection is used by the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) for inspecting the location and the actual business line of the business.  eZone has a Location Service that helps the inspectors to easily identify the location of the business establishment. Reports and data can be transferred directly to the records of the Zoning Administration System (back-end system for the CPDO)

eFSIS Mobile Inspection

eFSIS Mobile Inspection is used by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for fast “Near Real-Time” Fire Safety Inspection. It enables the assigned Fire Safety Inspector to instantly produce a report based on the Fire Safety and Inspections checklist. Reports can be transferred directly to the record of the Fire Safety and Inspection System (back-end system for the BFP).

“Virtual Inspection” for Contactless Inspection

During this pandemic, all these Professional Business Mobile Apps can be used for “Virtual Inspection” for Contactless Inspection to protect the Inspectors from Covid 19 infections. Our “Virtual Inspection” is a “real-time” Inspection as if “You are on Site” and the video coverage will attest to the Findings.
