REVENUE GENERATING SYSTEMS

1. Smart Integrated Systems

Each Revenue Generating System is web-based, available for “On-Line” Transactions and “linked” with the other Systems of the different Departments and Agencies necessary for Permit Approval for simultaneous, synchronous, or “same time” fast processing.

2. Online Permit Applications

The Online Permit Applications feature of the Revenue Generating Systems allows the “Contactless Transaction” between the LGU and the Taxpayers.

The New Applicants must Register “On-Line” and the existing Taxpayer will be “Pre-Registered” in the system. They will be provided with a “Log-in Credentials” with Control Number that will be automatically sent to their Registered Email Address & Mobile Number.

Using the Control Number, the Applicants can now apply in the “ONLINE” Application and submit the Digital Documentary Requirements. This will generate a Unified Application that is forwarded simultaneously to the Departments & Agencies involved in Permits Application.

KonekPay” Online links the Taxpayers to the Bank of his choice for Cashless Payment using the LGU’s issued SOA.

3. Automated Transactions & Assessments

Automated Transaction and Assessment feature is the automatic computation of fees for Application of Permits, Certificates, and Clearances. This automatically generates an Order of Payment that can be sent to the Taxpayer’s Email Address. Payment can be made through Taxpayer’s accredited “On-line Banking” facility. The Revenue Generating System has a 100% Assessment Accuracy.

4. Automated Web Portal & Permit Tracking

The Web Portal and Permit Tracking function of the Revenue Generating Systems are compliant to the ARTA’s 3/7/20 Days Rule for Permit Processing. The Web Portal has a “Dashboard” that lists ALL the Applicants and is “tracked” as it progresses through the different Agencies/ Departments in the loop and in accord with the sequence of approval.

The Permit Tracking System (PTRAX) monitors the status of the Taxpayer’s Permit Application in each Department and Agency during the entire process from Application, Assessment, Collection, and Release of Permit. It is designed based on the approved Citizens Charter of the LGU.

5. Mobile Application for Inspection

Each Revenue Generating System has a Mobile Application that makes the process of Inspection in Business Permits Application, Building Permit Application, Real Property Tax Assessment way faster, efficient, and effective.

eBusiness Mobile

Designed for professional Business Inspectors. The Mission Order and Business Information are downloaded from TPS to eBusiness in one Click!

eHealth and Sanitation Mobile Inspection

It is used by the Business Permit Licensing Office (BPLO) for the annual Sanitary Inspection of the business for compliance to the requirements for Sanitary Permit. 

eZone Mobile Inspection

It is used by the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) for inspecting the location of the business.

eFSIS Mobile Inspection

It is used by the Local Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for fast  “Near Real-Time” Fire Safety Inspection.

ATIS Automated Tracking & Field Inspection System

Designed for the Professional Building Inspectors. Mission Orders and Building Information are downloaded from XERSYS to ATIS mobile in one Click!

6. Digital Archiving of Documents using DMS

The Document Management System is the process for search and retrieval, indexing, importing, and viewing of files. This helps the managing of the Requirements and Images, Plans & Documents, and other records.

The easy access MS Office toolbar allows Users to send files directly from Word, Excel, and Outlook directly into the DMS.  With the Virtual Printer, send PDF files into the DMS from the System using the print button.

Share files across your organization with peace of mind using the DMS, Store and manage any file type with the built-in viewing capabilities for different file formats. Add annotations, mark-ups, and notes to files. Multiple users can view files at the same time, along with version control for editing and revisions.

7. Compliant to Ease of Doing Business Act of 2018 & ARTA Law

The Revenue Generating System is Compliant to the following Laws & Circulars:
